The Georgia Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation, Inc. (DBA GSHFoundation) was established in 2016 for the purpose of promoting, developing, and maintaining philanthropic, scientific, and educational initiatives to improve the quality of life for individuals who experience speech, language, swallowing, or hearing impairments and those who serve them. The foundation was formed with a primary purpose to expand the reach of speech-language pathologists and audiologists in Georgia beyond clinical practice, classrooms, or academia. The GSHFoundation plans to support professional projects and programs dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in the areas of speech pathology and audiology, as well as support the capability of providing meaningful services in these areas to the people of Georgia.
